• All entries must be submitted in MP4 format with English subtitles by the official deadline.

• The festival is open to participants of all ages and nationalities worldwide.

3. Content Requirements

• Films must respect UAE culture and values, and may not include nudity or profanity. If selected, the festival reserves the right to request the omission of certain scenes for public screening.

4. Intellectual Property and Consent

• Applicants must own or hold full legal rights to the film and its materials.
• All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials featured on this website remain the property of the respective filmmakers.
• By submitting, filmmakers grant the Emirates Film Festival consent to use this material for publicity purposes, unless otherwise specified.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this website without prior written consent.

5. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activities under your account are your responsibility.

6. Payments and Billing

• All purchases made through our platform must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated.
